Off Sandy Ridge N Road, 200 paces (~400 feet) from where the open road becomes choked with pre. (tee seemed turn-around visible on aerial photo). This is a short way east of Sawyer Lake but is reached from the other direction. A prominent mound of a fallen pine is about 20 meters from the road, is on the corner of module 10.
Dark red - brown muck at around 1 meter down. Above is old logs and duff. Water table around 30-40 cm down
